AMERICAN GIRL PARTIES: $18 per child and their doll includes a magical afternoon and tea party. For ages 4-12. Advance registration required. 

Yoga Studio Deeplyart: Avé's studio is upstairs, please use the outside entrance at the front of the ART 634 building. All props provided, 10 class pass $100, drop in $15 (No credit or debit cards are accepted. We appreciate your understanding.)

Basics and Meditation: Come back to the "Beginning", exploring alignment with an open mind. Meditation will follow the practice.
• Mondays, 6:30 - 7:30pm

EMPOWER YOGA: A class for students who have some Yoga experience. Linking breath and movement will be emphasized through the practice of the Sun Salutations combined with the standing postures. Inversions will be introduced.
• Wednesdays, 8:30 - 10am

SLOW FLOW: With instructor Justine Melville. Modern living causes us to rush through our days that we can often miss the small pieces that keep us together. In this class we slow down the flow and hold postures for an extended period of time, reconnecting with our breath and awakening our understanding of the subtle muscle movements in our body. Breathwork and meditation techniques are integrated into the physical movements. Within these spaces of stillness we explore ourselves from the inside out. Do not be fooled, slower is not easier. We choose our level of engagement on the mat. 90 minute class. All levels are welcome.
• Wednesdays, 7-8pm

VINYASA YOGA: With instructor Lisa Krejcik. Vinyasa is a class where movement, posture and breath dance together. Poses flow fluidly from one to another. Join us for a dynamic flow. Classes are structured so all can learn a sequence and then take time to explore it at their own pace. All levels welcome.
• Thursdays, 7:30pm

SLOW FLOW: With instructor Lisa Krejcik. This class has the feel of a typical Vinyasa class with a slower pace. Poses are held longer to incorporate extended breathing. Set an intention with this mindful practice that incorporates essential oils.
• Fridays, 10am

HOT YOGA: This is a Vinyasa flow class (breath linked with movement) done in 95-100 degrees temperatures. The heat enhances the extension of the muscles and ligaments, and provides cardiovascular benefits. Be prepared to sweat. Bring your mat, towel, and water.
