Steampunk Vendors

Steampunk on the Bricks is proud to host two extraordinary vendor markets, where creators, innovators, and artisans from across the realms will present their finest wares. From noon until 10 PM on May 24, 2025, both indoor and outdoor markets will bustle with artisans, creators, and purveyors offering an array of extraordinary goods. Whether you’re on the hunt for intricate gadgets, timeworn treasures, unique treats, or striking artwork, you’ll find something to ignite your imagination and fuel your next great adventure.

Vendors AT STEAMPUNK ON THE BRICKS

  • LOCATION: Inside the Carriage Factory. This large event space showcases a performance stage, cash bar, and general seating.

    FEE: $65 (Due: May 1, 2025)

    SIZE: 10’ x 10’ space for vending

    ARRIVAL: Load in and set up will take place at 9 am. You must be loaded before the Outdoor Vendors arrive at 10 am. Arrive at 9 am sharp and drop off your gear in your assigned space. After unloading, please MOVE YOUR VEHICLE to the designated vendor parking area BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR SPACE. Please be prepared to take sales as soon as the gates open at noon.

    DEPARTURE: All vendors are required to stay open the entirety of the event. Event ends at 10 pm.  

    DETAILS: No tents are needed inside the Carriage Factory. However, indoor vendors must provide their own table and chairs. Please note: Lighting in the Carriage Factory may be dimmed for the stage performances. We strongly suggest indoor vendors to bring battery-powered lighting to help illuminate their displays.

    HELPERS: Your vending spot includes two free wrist bands (one for yourself and one for a helper). Any additional helpers must purchase tickets to Steampunk on the Bricks to receive access. We will have someone onsite monitoring and selling wrist bands for your convenience.

    THEME REQUIREMENTS: Steampunk on the Bricks is a Steampunk, Victorian & Old-Timey themed event. In order to maintain the theme, vendors are required to dress in an aesthetic that supports the event concept. Vendors are encouraged to decorate their space.

    RESPECT: Art 634 events are committed to creating an environment where respect, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the forefront. As a vendor, we ask that you engage with all attendees, fellow vendors, and staff in a respectful and professional manner, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and valued. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

  • LOCATION: Paved lot in front of the Carriage Factory at Art 634. This area experiences high foot traffic, as it hosts several outdoor performances and is located near food trucks and public restrooms.

    FEE: $65 (Due: May 1, 2025)

    SIZE: 10’ x 10’ space for vending

    ARRIVAL: Outdoor vendors will load in at 10 am, after the indoor vendors. Please make sure to arrive at 10 am sharp and drop off your gear in your assigned space. After unloading, please MOVE YOUR VEHICLE to the designated vendor parking area BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR SPACE. Please be prepared to take sales as soon as the gates open at noon.

    DEPARTURE: All vendors are required to stay open the entirety of the event. This festival ends at 10 pm. To avoid delays, we will have staff at the entrance and the gates will be open for your unloading and departure.

    DETAILS: Vendors provide their own 10’x10’ easy-up tent, tables, and chairs. It's highly recommended that vendors bring battery or solar lights to illuminate your space after dark.
